Who- the Colonist 
What- it was the time when the colonist declared there freedom
When- on July 4, 1776 from this day on is known has the birthday of the United States
Where- pennsylvania, and Boston
How and Why- to defend there rights from the British power. By protesting for their rights first they came up with the stamp act in 1776 the Townshend acts of 1767 and the tea act of 1773.

Stamp Act was required to pay taxes for the newspaper, playing cards, diplomas, and various legal documents


Townshend Acts-were the duties (taxes) in the imported goods but the colonist protest and the British business had problems so they had to take the taxes off but they didnt take if off the tea


Tea Acts- was the one that the British thought that if they lowered there taxes that the towns would bye but they didnt instead they dumping hundreds of pounds on the Boston harbor know is known as the Boston tea party


Know the declaration is cut down 4 sections The Preamble, A Declaration of rights, A bill of Indictment, and A Statement of Independence


The Preamble- was made for the people right and they explained out to the world they felt they had to break from the mother country 

A Declaration of Rights-this was made for all men created equal the liberty and the pursuit  of happiness the government could only power through agreement of people
